In Brazil and worldwide
2014
netPDV started its operations in the Rodeio de Jaguariúna in 2014 with tokens. From there, they developed the CASHLESS flagship product and since then, they have not stopped innovating and expanding the business.
2016
And the desire to continue solving the frictions in the experiences of the events with security and agility in the payment led netPDV to soar to greater heights. In 2016, the company was present in major events in Brazil and around the world such as the Olympics and Paralympics (specific areas), LA Soul Music in the United States, participated in the Brazilian edition of Tomorrowland (overseeing stock control) and the João Rock Music Festival.
2017
Zigpay was born in 2016 in Salvador, but started its operations in 2017 in Brazil. Zig is a word from Bahia, from the Bahian dialect, which means "run away from something". Zig Pay was meant to help you a “feint the queues”, to get you out of the hassle of the night. This was the concept of the startup specialized in consumption management, focusing on solutions for nightclubs, bars, restaurants and events. One of Zigpay's first customers, and a Zig partner to date, is Lar Mar.
That same year, netPDV began operations in Latin America, being the official system for Ultra México and Go Punta in Punta Del Este, Uruguay. And, in Brazil, he was present at major events including GP Brazil F1.
2018
Both companies continued to grow and expand to other states and cities with Cashless and Ficha Operations, moving the live entertainment market. In just 1 year of operation, Zigpay already had more than 25 customers on its base.
2019
netPDV starts 2019 gaining more and more space including in its list of major national and international clients, the Universo Paralello festival, Rodeio de Barretos, Lollapalooza and nothing more than one of the biggest music events in the world, Rock in Rio .
2021
Zigpay surpasses the mark of more than 80 stores, growing its operations and opening hubs in Brazil. netPDV remains the cashless leader in Latin America in entertainment, reaching more than 70 cities in Brazil, USA, Mexico, Portugal, Spain, Bolivia, Peru, Uruguay and Guatemala. At the end of this year, in August 2021, Zigpay announces an investment round and raises R$40 million from investors
Fusion
The conversations between Zigpay and netPDV began in 2019 in an informal meeting between shareholders, and between conversations it was discovered that there was a mutual admiration and respect for each other's work, as well as a complementarity of action.
At that moment, the opportunity arose for two major players in the cashless market to come together to offer 360º solutions to customers and to continue focusing on the development of new products and solutions, including national and international expansion.
In October 2021, an important milestone in the cashless management and solutions market for venues and events, Zigpay and netPDV merge with the aim of forming the largest global cashless company.
2022
In July, the two companies became Zig. The Global Funtech. A wonderful year marked by a lot of growth and national and international expansion with offices in Brazil, Mexico, Portugal and Spain. We are proud to share that Zig's system was present at Tomorrowland Belgium, the world's largest electronic music event, offering prepaid, cashless and hybrid payment technologies with operations in the festival's VIP areas - Comfort Zones, Tables, Boxes and Versuz Area.
A year of a lot of investment and expansion, reaching surprising numbers in Brazil and in the world:

2023
Zig acquires SuperTickets and solidifies its ticket sales solution. We have established strategic partnerships, such as with Zé Delivery + ABI, in addition to being present at major festivals in Brazil and around the world!
